This is a photo from a fall harvest fair, I have been eyeing this baby for a while, just waiting for the right time to tackle her. There were all kinds of people around learning about her and wanting to touch her. She was very patient and kind, waiting to get back in the pen with mama.

I don't know what prompted this. It is one of those ideas that has been in my head, when I am out and about and forming paintings in my mind after looking at something. So, I thought I would try it. I don't know if it works, so give me your opinions. It is much more black and white than my computer is making it look, but I was also thinking of putting a background in, but not sure........ (the background is the white of the gessobord)
